Do I have to give the exact address?
It helps a lot, but with the area and an approximate street I can give you a first range and refine it later.
Will you call me every week?
No. I explain the report once and, if you would rather not continue, that is the end of it. Your data is never shared.
How is this different from a portal?
A portal works from neighbourhood averages. I walk into your home, see the aspect, the condition and the views, and I know what actually closed on your street.
